Benyu Casters & Wheels Manufacturing is a professional company specialized in the production of cargo trolleys and casters. Established in 2005, after more than seven years of development, we had grown to be one of the leading suppliers of Honda, Kelon and Albion.
Our product range includes mute, heat-resistant, antistatic, heavy- and light-duty, furniture, and shopping cart casters. Over 1,100 models are in-stock for your selection. Owning 10 Patents in Mainland China
We have acquired 10 patents from the China Patent Office, with the help of our 20 R&D engineers, each of whom has an average experience of five years. Utilizing our in-house molding workshop, they develop one new item a month and can complete a customized sample within 30 days.
Monthly Capacity of 1 Million Pieces
Our ISO 9001:2000-certified factory covers an area of 13,000 square meters and is equipped with complete machines for punching, injection and other processes. Backed by these resources, our 150 skilled workers turn out 1 million pieces monthly.
Ensuring that Products Meet BS EN 12527 Standards
Two QC technicians are assigned to conduct rigid inspections in each production line. They perform loading, rotating and rolling resistance tests to ensure that all our products meet BS EN 12527 standards. For your added assurance, a one-year warranty is provided.
OEM Orders are Welcome
About 80 percent of our output is exported to North America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia every year. Additionally, OEM orders are welcome. We accept orders starting at 3,000 pieces and will deliver a 10,000 pieces order within seven days.
